I’m sorry my blog entries are so short at the moment. I’m going to try and write a longer one tomorrow. I meant to do this today, but when I sat down at the computer it was later than I expected it to be and I was feeling more tired than I expected to feel.
I feel tired in a nice, tired-after-having-a-good-afternoon-and-evening-out kind of a way. A group of librarians, plus a curator and a journalist, went to see one of our friends/colleagues performing in a production of Calamity Jane. She was playing Katie Brown and a mighty fine job she did, too. It was lovely to see her in her element, doing what she loves to do and doing it so well.
After the performance we went on a short but rather windswept walk to a fish and chip shop and had a tasty meal of fish/veggie burger/sausage/fishcake and chips. I had the fishcake and chips.
It was good.
