- Over two weeks after we first reported the leak, the plumber came and mended it, so we can now have baths and showers again. Hooray!
- Although I passed the test and got an interview the job I applied for, I didn’t get the job, or the second job that I was shortlisted for as a result of applying for the first job. However, my interview was obviously not quite as bad as I thought it was, as they thought I was an “appointable candidate” so I should take comfort from that.
- We have snow. It’s been snowing all day and continues to fall as I type.

Glad that the plumber turned up eventually. About time too! It will feel like a real luxury having baths and showers again, especially in this cold weather.
Sorry you didn’t get the job this time but I am sure there will be lots of other opportunities. And at least you got through the first stage which is good.
